My personal opinion is to try photopea first, as there's nothing to install and it has the most tutorials. Assuming you're not going to pay for photoshop, you can use photopea (with ads on the side) or the free and open source krita or gimp. You'd need to do this in an image editor. Gimp is an awesome free photostop alternative program! So is krita! (You can definitely tell I dabble in this stuff XD).Īs far as resources, not really. I use Krita for drawing, I have an assets file for it, each frame is one image I put alphabetically in a folder and Krita uses tabs for each image so you can see comparisons easier and an animated gif maker puts it together where you can choose timings and stuff.
